AMARLIX EI LIQUID
SOLVENT BASE DEGREASING AGENT
AMARLIX El is an excellent degreasing agent used as quality improver in
finished leathers. It is generally accepted that the presence of excess
natural fat in hides and skins are caused on unsatisfactory dyeings and
difficulties in finishing due to formation of metallic soaps during chrome
tanning, AMARSOL El can also be used in the batting process and can improve
natural fat dispersion in skins before pickling and tanning. The leather
carries fatty matter in the form of chrome soaps and the use of AMARSOL El
will result in level dyeing and improved nap.

Technical Information
ARIOL ABI Liquid is an effective degreasing agent for hides and skins And
can be used in pelt, E.I. tanned and wet blue stages.
ARIOL ABI is specially suitable for degreasing sheep skins which is capable
of dispersing chrome soaps and so can be used to degrease Wet blue skins to
achieve level dyeing for aniline leathers It also Helps to minimize back
bone patches in suede dyeings.
ARILIX A LIQUID
ARILIX is a useful leather processing auxiliary products for the production
of chrome uppers, Gloving leathers, leathers clothing, ARILIX A promotes the
even distribution of chromes and fats through the cross section if the
leather. It disperes the natural fats and enchances the softness of the
leather. Use of ARLIX A helps to promote level dying and avoids drown grain
when used in semi chrome tanned leather.

Application
- Picking :
ARILIX A is suitable in pickle or in chrome tanning of leather. It
promotes an even distribution of the chrome and dispersion of the Chrome
and fine dispersion of natural fats. The picking process can be
accelerated by adding 0.5 to 1.5% ARILIX A [on pelt weight)
- Fatliquoring Process : 0.1 to 1% ARILIX A {on shaves weight)
is added together with the retain agent or liquor in preliminary Fat
liquoring process. It's use in main fatliquoring process, improves
penatration and uniform distribution of the fat liquor 1 -5% ARILIX A
(on weight of fat liuor).
- Leveling of Dyes : 0.3 to 0.5%
Amarlix AU Paste
MULTI PURPOSE FAT Liquid
Amarlix AU Paste is used in the preliminary fat-liquoring of chrome tanned leather usually in combination with AMARLIX GSNN PASTE. It acts as a dispersing agent for natural fats and chrome tan Uniform distribution of chrome in upper and central layer of leather means level shades in dyeing. AMARLIX AU PASTE promotes excellent and even fat liquoring through the cross section hereby giving leather a relatively dry handle and leaves suede leathers good buffing properties and regular nap. Its use in preliminary fat liquors prevents thin and large -sized leather from entanglement and increase the tensile strength and stitch resistance of leather.

Application
- For Suede Leather (as main fat-)
It gives good softness and good level shades when used after drum-dyeing the leather.
- For Pre-fatliquoring
It used before neutralising , AMARLIX AU PASTE gives deeper penetration. Normally 2-4 % AMARLIX AU PASTE is used for treatment.
- As surface fat (Final fatliquorig) for grain leather. Addition of AMARLIX AU PASTE to the nearly exhausted fat-liquoring bath, gives following advantages.
- Better exhaustion of .
- Better Fixation of the anionic fat in the leather.
- It reduces the absorbancy of the grain .
- In chrome tanning : Use of AMARUX AU PASTE avoids chafe Marks and minimises inter twining of sheep and goat skins.
Concentration
Appro . 0.2% on weight of pelt . 5) For special effects in fashion articles : AMARLIX AU PASTE (1-2% if used in exhausted anionic fat bath gives greasy handle leather.
