AMARLIX SFLN PASTE is a special non-ionic fat liquoring agent for Garment Glows, Upholstery, Softy shoe upper, Suede and nubuk. 6 to 10% AMARLIX SFLN is recommended depending upon type of softness required.

AMARLIX SFLN is Emulsified phosphated Triglycerides and saturated hydrocarbons.

Stability
It should be stored below 350 C with protection from direct sunlight

AMARLIX SFLN PASTE gives soft , pluffy and light weight leather. It can be mixed in any proportion with other anionic and non-ionic fat liquors. It gives brilliancy on sued leather.

AMARLIX AAN LIQUID is a cationic Fully synthetic multi purpose which can be safely use at various stages of processing viz. pickling, chrome tanning, retanning and fatliquoring. It also has good dispersing power which helps in even distribution of chrome and natural fat and promotes level dyeing.

Application
AMARLIX AAN having good levelling and dispersing action is best used during pickling or chrome tanning or after chrome tannage. 0.5 % AMARLIX - AAN (on pelt weight)

It is mostly used in combination with other cationic fatliquors like AMARLIX AU and AMARLIX GSNN as Pre-fatliquor to get good softness with improved strength as required for clothing leather.
1-2 % AMARLIX AAN (% on Shaved Wt.)
2 % AMARLIX AU
Use 20 - 25 gms/litre of Spray solution

ANIONIC FATLIQUOR
AMARLIX ABW is a anionic fatliquor which can be used alone or in conjunction with other fatliquors it exhibits good light fastness and hence more suitable for white leathers it gives very good softness which is highly preferred for garment and nappa leather.

Applications
AMARLIX ABW is a versatile fatliquor ideal for nappa, gloving, softies and white leather it can be used alone or in combination with other anionic fatliquors.

ARIFAT S-20 is combination of natural phospholipids with synthetic softners.

Atleast 6 months if stored below 300^oC at higher temperature it decomposes

Application : FOR NATURAL OILS
ARIFAT S-20 is pre-emulsified with water at 50^oC and then freely diluted.

ARIFAT S-40 is actually synthetic light fast fatliquoring agent for clothing and gloving leather easily finishable and very soft leather obtained when treated with it . They remain fast to dry cleaning and washing.

Application
Stir slowly 3-4 parts water of approxmately 50^oC into 1 part of ARIFAT S-40.

ARIFAT S-60 is a fully synthetic fatliquor which renders a soft feel to the leather without effecting Dyeing and finishing in anyway . It also penetrates into leather without use of other oils . It is also stable to Dyes, Ionic salts, Chrome salts etc.

Application
ARIFAT S-60 easily dissolves in warm water and can be therefore added to the float directly . The float temperature should be 50^oC approximately.

ARIFAT S-80 is sufficiently lightfast and practically odourless. It also ensures a well balanced fat-liquoring effect throughout the whole leather cross section.

ARIFAT S-80 has excellent solubility because of it can be emulsified in any proportion with cold or warm water. It is also possible to add it directly to the float

AMARLIX WA is silicone based water soluble fat liquor used as a water repellancy for all types of leather.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION
Silicone polymer solution with specially derived oils.

Characteristics APPEARANCE : Thick transulent but pourable white paste. STABILITY : Stable to Acid, Salts and hard water.

AMARLIX WA is thick transculent white paste easily water soluble can be dilute with toulene or other hydrocarbons to increase evaporation rate AMARLIX WA is easily absorbed by leather and does not leave any gray cost on dark coloured leathers. It does not affect the original appearance sand finish of leather AMARLIX WA makes the leather water repellent reduces the water absorption of leather in use, without affecting the water vapour permeability.

Application
AMARLIX WA can be applied to leathers addition to main fat liquor about 2 to 5% as per requirement of water repellants. It higher doses increase water repellency AMARLIX WA makes leather softer than the original material and retain the softner and mechanical properties much longer AMARLIX WA treated shoes and leather goods after use in wet condition dry out much faster and do not stiffen. AMARLIX WA also works as dispersing Agent for fat liquors activating main fat liquor to distribute uniformly giving better result.

AMARLIX SFL is a semi synthetic fat liquor based on SULPHONATED PETROLIUM FRACTION. It produce a fine emulsion with both hot and cold water which is stable to both hard and chrome. ARILIX SFL is fully synthetic tanning agent with anionic(slightly) character and gives silky feel to leather.

Application
It is applied in softy uppers, suede and glowing leather in conjuction with other agents , It is used for white leather and pastel shades .

MULTIPURPOSE PRODUCT
AMARLIX SH LIQUID is a strongly anion-active fatliquor which may be included in the fat liquoring of semi chrome and chrome tanned grain leather and suede. it is used during chrome tanning or in the main fat liquoring operation to achieve very good softening action on semi - chrome leather . it has levelling effect on dyeing with anionic dyes and lightens the shade of

dyeings. it improves the adhesion and glazing properties of the finish when added in the main fat liquoring for chrome and semi-chrome glazed kid leathers.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION
Anion active sulphonated oil.

Characteristics Appearance : Pale yellowish oil pH OF 10% Solution : Appro. 6 to 7 Stability : : Good stability with acid -alkalies and salts. Salts compatibility : Good compatibility with Anion active and Non-active substance.

Application

• As pre fat liquoring agent Pre Fat liquoring with 2-3% of AMARLIX SH LIQUID helps in producing smooth grain glazable leathers . After stripping and bleaching operation material is treated as under :
  
  Washing : With water at 30C for 10 minutes
  Chrome tanning : 3 % AMARLIX SH LIQUID 0.5% ARILIX A with required quantity of water at 30C for 30 minutes. 0.5-1% formic acid (85%) pH 3.0-3.2 for 20 minutes. 6% Basic chrome powder for 15 minutes : further treated with 6% Basic chrome powder for 30 minutes : Further treated with
  0.5% Sodium bicarbonate
  0.5% Sodium
  pH 3.8 - 4.1 ( 10-90 minutes -twice )
  - Rinse with water and pile overnight
  - Dyeing and fat liquoring process is usual.
• Stripping vegetable tannins Treatment with alkali , normally coarsens the grain while stripping vegetable tannins from E.I. leather , however addition of 1-2% AMARLIX SH LIQUID (on the weight E.I.) in the stripping bath gives grain leather .
• Application in Drum tanning of E.I. leather Use of 1-2* of AMARLIX SH LIQUID (on the pelt wei9M during the drum tanning E.I. leather assists in better setting of the leather and this helps in increasing the elasticity of the grain and prevent cracking.
• Application for correcting unlevel dyeings unlevel dyeing on leather can be stripped with AMARLIX SH LIQUID and correcting the shades by subsequent topping. AMARLIX SH LIQUID (on weight shaved leather)
  1-2% ammonia (25%)
  100% water at temperature 40-50c for 20-30 minute.
